I buy this low sugar ketchup. It tastes the same. Technically anything under 40 calories is 0 points, but this makes me nervous. I let one point count for the entire day's condiments unless I only had one and then I don't count it. For example, I would count one for the entire day for the ketchup that I had with fries, sweet and sour sauce with and egg roll, and lite mayo on my sandwich.
I don't count them, but I also don't get carried away using them either. But I don't "plan" to use my weekly points, and in the last year, I rarely used any, so I figure that those weekly points will cover things like condiments....and if I underestimate points on something...stuff like that. I think every person "fudges" a little in some way. The trick is....if you fudge in this way and I fudge in that way, and someone else fudges completely differently, you just have to know that you can't combine all 3 people's "fudges", or you'll end up going completely off the plan.
When I first started WW a year ago, I was still using sugar in my coffee, along with powdered creamer, and I counted it 1 point. But as soon as I weened myself off the sugar and onto Equal, I stopped counting it, even though I still use powdered creamer. I don't use that much....and like I said earlier, I use my weekly points to cover things like that.
