I've had a stressful week. I had my wisdom teeth pulled out last week. Because of this, I haven't been working out and eating healthy. There are only certain foods I can eat, such as ice cream! Now that I'm feeling better, I should be back on track, but I have been continuing eating ice cream and well not working out. I really need to get back on my plan but have been having such a difficult time. :(
What do you do to motivate yourself to eat healthy and work out during your rough times? Any feedback would be appreciated.
