This group is designed to get you going, get you back on track or just be accountable! We all need that. Let me know if you want to join! I would like to see us all commit to track our food plans, exercise. Whatever you are doing! 30 days to change!

No matter your goals we are all here for the same purpose.
In here I think we should be able to track our progress. They say it takes 21 days to change, make a new habit. Well lets go for 30 and see how we are doing! Do you need a challenge? Post your goals in here that you want to accomplish for 2 weeks out or 30 days out etc. Let us know when you make your goals. Let us know when you miss a goal. No matter what keep trying and don't give up. We are here for each other.

Hey, all! I haven't dropped by in a while. Just firmed up my ultimate weight goal: 170 ... that way I can stop paying for WW that much sooner. My personal goal is 160, though.

If I'm counting down to 170, I only have 35 more to go!

Ah, a new week has started for me today. I lost a point in my total this week. So, my goal is to learn to adjust my eating and stay at 26 points.

Yesterday was my third day. I did a lot of exercise. 50 minutes on the Wii Fit (cardio), then 20 minute walk with dog, then more Wii Fit, but only balance stuff that I don't count.

I had my 6 waters and ate well, but am still having trouble counting points and adding it all up.

Yesterday was my second day and I did 50 minutes of exercise, drank 6+ waters, but still didn't count points. I'm doing well eating though and have already lost 3 pounds since Saturday so am not complaining.

My goal is to fit nicely into my summer clothes from last season. They all are very tight...Not a very good feeling!

I had a pretty good week... weighed in this morning and was down 2.5lbs! This site has really helped my motivation. I tend to do better when I have short-term goals that I can focus on. When I think about the fact that this journey will probably take me a year to reach... It can get overwhelming. I was really excited about losing the 2.5lbs this week. My goal was to weigh 180lb by today... I ended up weighing in at 182.5... not exactly my goal, but I'm still very happy with it!
I've been working (I'm a realtor) a bit more lately, so on days that I have appt's I've been trying to plan my food out so I'm not hitting drive-thrus (bad habit from the past). So far, so good... I'll check in again mid-week.

Stacie... I'm doing WW on my own. I picked up my materials on ebay... but I think you can find them on craigslist sometimes too. I had done it in the past, but couldn't find my old materials... so I bought a points calculator, journal and food companion guide. My package also had the eating out guide... but to be honest, I don't really use it. If you don't want to spend a lot, you really just need the points slider and food companion...You can create your own journal. My sister just started doing WW too... she didn't have a lot of money to invest in it and those are the two pieces she's using to get started. Hope that helps.

I am starting my plan, AGAIN, tomorrow! I have exactly six weeks until I go to the beach on vacation! I NEED HELP! I also will be attending my sister in law's funeral services tomorrow evening and Tuesday. It has been a hard two weeks, and I have gained five pounds back of the fifteen I had lost! If I do not start over again, then I am going to gain it ALL back and then some! I am thinking of joining weight watchers because calorie counting alone is HARD! Any help? I really don't have a lot of extra money right now (have had a TON of extra expenses this month) and so want to do the program if I can without having to pay more fees for NOW. Any ideas? I was on it a couple of years ago, so may have the books somewhere. Look forward to hearing from some folks who are also doing the program or something similar.

I so ef'd up this challenge. I just fell right off one day and never got back on. I'm now armed with the Wii fit and some better determination and motivation (saw myself on TV at a local chain store ... blech).
I will be checking in daily starting tomorrow, but I am going to keep it simple with three commitments.

-Wii Fit workouts 6 days a week (Sunday off)
-6 waters daily (minimum)
-30 points

Yesterday I walked for 30 min. and at our monthly office birthday party I ate fruit plus one small cookie. I had talapia and vegetables for dinner last night.

Today I will exercise for one hour at our gym on campus where I work and eat a healthy lunch. Tonight I plan to have turkey veg. soup.

This morning the scale was down 1.2 lbs. My plan is to lose 1.5 lbs. next week. I would like to get back to 144 lbs. by the end of June. I am 5'9" and medium framed.
I read this site daily and wish everyone good luck.
