Hi Everyone,
I am new to Blog To Lose, and thought this looked like an interesting group. If you read my blog I just posted, you will know that I had a bad Hersheys Bliss binge eating experience today. BUT I vow to be back on track tomorrow. I am looking to get some support and motivation to keep on OP. I have gained 5 lbs back over the summer, and need to get that weight off ASAP. Anyone else in here on maintenance and finding that it is harder that losing?

I make it to the gym but I cannot stop snacking. I am trying to go for better snacks like granola and carrots. The scale will not move though. At least I know that I am exercising... Today's motivation for me is all the progress that I have made in losing weight and working out (which I have been doing for almost 2 years now).

Hi, I'm in... 145 lbs and I desperately want to get down to 130. I just had my last big bowl of cereal for awhile. I've decided that I can do this, and I don't have to do it alone. I've wanted support for a while, and now I feel I've found a place where I can just come and talk about... well, food! and weight! and I don't feel awkward. :) Good luck this week everyone~

What a great weekend! On plan- made goals, stuck to them! Horray! Now we shall see how this week goes because I woke up at 3 am starving!!! Uggh!!! Wish me luck. Tell me, how was your weekend??!!

Ok I lost 25 lbs about 1 1/2 years ago and I need to lose more. Everyday is a struggle for me to not snack on junk food so I need a little support. I am making myself go back to the gym tonight too. I have been slacking off of that for the last month.

I had a great weekend! My sister came to see me!!! Eating; probably not the best I've done. I'm not really counting points or doing flex right now but I'm making better choices. Or I was. This weekend was not good in terms of eating. But, we did exercise A LOT!!! My sis is doing a thing for work where they have to get 10,000 steps in a day. We've done walks everyday that have been at least 2 miles. BTW, she's the genetically thin sister but I don't begrudge her that at all! We are leaving for AZ to see DH's family on Weds. I am heavier than I wanted to be for the trip. His mom recently lost a ton of weight. Our SIL is teeny teeny tiny!!! But, that's okay.

I am so totally with you here!! I am going to post a huge accomplish for myself today!! I am so proud! I work from home so i dont eat out much at all, really.. I dont leave the house much during the day. I usually eat a sandwich or a smartone, salad etc trying to stay in the 5 pnt range. If I go out... I am so totally eating out. I had to run some errand today in a near by larger town ( I live in a small town) WELL- DING!! It was lunch time and I was hungry. I mentally have changed my ways of eating out-I wont order a bacon cheeseburger and fries because I know the points are too high and I try to look at it like a HUGE piece of the FAT!! The soon to be DH thanks I am a lunatic. However, that doesnt stop me from the occasional WW friendly stops! Today, I pulled into Sonic, wanting a diet cherry limeade and I thought, OH heck, I'll just get a small order of tator-tots. The drive thru was SO long, I pulled right back out AND... here is the best part... AND drove right on past the other 500 fast foods restaurants starting my 40 min journey home. I came home and had a 4 pt smart one, a stack of one point chips, and a i point muffin. TOTALLY satisfied! SO after my mess up with the brews, I feel totally killer about staying OP thru lunch. I have a great dinner planned out. So that being said, usually ...just because I was out, in the fast food environment, I would have stopped! But today, I had enough will power to drive right on past!! Hang in there Morticia! I dont think it sounds like you are being to awful bad this week!!!! Plus, tomorrow is a NEW day. Start fresh.YOU CAN DO IT!

So, today, actually this week has sucked big time! I have this event all week so everything is catered and I have tried to bring my own food but I am also the one who has to make sure everything is in order and then clean up after everyone so naturally I eat what I had catered. But, I have not been eating much at dinner b/c I am too freaking tired! I have had loads of fruit to the point of a tummy ache but living in Alaska we eat free fruit when we can b/c it is so bloody expensive here! Had a half bagel, a tiny muffin w/real delicious butter, water water water, more fruit. Should have salad for lunch today-that is the plan. Hope I stick to it! I never realized how much I need to be in control of my environment or how my environment controls me. It is so odd. This week sucks! I need to get back on track.

Hey Morticia- I think we are all ore sensitive to the DH's because one; we love them, two: we care what they think, and three: THEY can lose weight 3 times faster than us, I SWEAR!!! ha ha Hang in there. Today is a new day. OP!! I'm planing a spec k for breakfast, cantalope and cucumbers for a snack, a 5 point smart one for lunch, and 4 pts turkey burg and veggies for dinner!

Hi! I am in, I need something more. HELP!!! I agree, whenever the DH says anything I take it in a slightly psychotic manner. why is that? The man means well-so sensitive to anything he says. This week has not been that great, I tried to start it out well but it is just not happening.
