Hi Terri! I had a rough 1.5 months. Just non stop visitors, vacation. I was originally 197 then got to 189.5. Then the vacation I was back up to 192.0. I started back last Tuesday and am now back at 189.5. I tried to stay on plan while on vacation and with all this company we had. I just didn't totally count my points during that time.

You are right we need to be more active on here. Let's get talking. :)

It's frustrating being a yo-yo isn't it?!? I've found that when my weight starts creeping up it's time to dig out the measuring cups and my food diary. It's amazing how quickly my "eye-balling" 1 cup is actually 1 1/2 or even 2 cups!

On your profile you mention hating to exercise...have you found anything you can stick with?

Oh Hello! I apologize. We started schooling last week and I tell ya, I am in such mass confusion lately. lol I actually had forgotten about this group. Plus, I've let my blog slip for now (as well as my dieting).

I am struggling with food lately. I keep wanting to lean towards unhealthy foods. My middle child has a weight problem too. Which is quite unfortunate since his older brother and little sister seem to have taken after their daddy. The boy really loves/appreciates food. I need to set and example. My dh says I need to set an example, but I tell ya, I'm right there with my boy when we ask him why, "it just tastes SO good". (sigh)

I hear you! One of my daughters is naturally athletically built, while the other takes after me! I plan on us joining WW together this week and committing through the end of the year. I honestly don't look forward to it...you know, one more thing on my already full plate (pun-intended?) but it will feel good to get some weight off and for my clothes to fit comfortably again. Also, my back has been bothering me and I'm sure the extra lbs. I've put on this summer doesn't help! Let's try to make a date with our blogs once a day and keep each other posted on how we do.
