So far tonight, I am doing well. I just had my ny'night snack (my kid's term) of a yogurt parfait with vanilla yogurt, blueberries, and bran buds. So good!! But, those darn sour cream and onion potato chips are calling my name, I guess my body is craving salt. I will not answer it's call!!

That's a really cute name for your snack! We found some fat free pringles that are sour cream and onion flavor. You can have 14 for 1 point. They're not the real deal as far as taste, but they're a nice replacement.

I love them but unfortunately I cannot eat just 14. There are more left after the 14 and I hate to see a part empty can :)

I just had a fudgesicle. Just one and part of my son's which was melting. That is all for me tonight. So all in all, I am doing fine. It is only 730 but by the time that I feed the chickens, get the kids ready for bed and myself, I will be asleep. So if (wait - no if) I willmake it through the night without letting myself down. Good for you Erin, do not answer that call!!!

Ice-cream. Chocolate Ice-cream. Even if I get the FF one thats like 2pts for a serving, I feel the need to fatten it up by adding PB to it.. or I'll eat double serving. Its terrible.

Sweet snacks are usually my after-dinner downfall. But once I get home from work (at midnight or later), I sometimes want something a little more substantial ... hence my "pizza-dilla" or another cheese-and-carb creation.

I always try to keep it at 3 Points or fewer, so I'm not sure I can give it up.
