Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I've found it helpful to do other things when hunger hits at night. I often find that I wasn't hungry after all. I could use more ideas.

Here's some of mine.
-Straighten up the house. Last night I picked up random things and put them away, and with the other arm, I did arm exercises with my 5 pound weight.
-Play with my cat.
-Blog
-Play a computer game like Hearts or Solitaire.

That is a terrific question. Some of mine include:
~Blogging (this is a new thing for me and I am finding it very rewarding)
~knitting (I have this new obsession with fingerless gloves)
~Sleeping

I have a problem with wanting to eat at night in general but the worst is when I have had a rather challenging day, frustrating or stressful evening.

I have been busy getting all of the summer projects done. Tonight I worked in the basement trying to finish up a project I started in April. I also:
- work in the garden (afternoon snacking time & the snacks there are pretty good!)
- clean house - the never ending job.
- go to the park with the kids
- bike rides with the kids
- try to drink water instead
- blog

Those are good ones. We've been going to feed the ducks at our local park whenever we have stale bread. I also like working in the garden. Normally I get hot which always decreases my appetite for some reason.
