No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

The biggest thing I have been struggling with is just thinking of meals to have. I will list what I have thought of so far and hopefully get ideas from you guys.

various meats on low carb wraps- tuna, turkey, turkey pepperoni
chicken tacos on low carb tortillas
egg salad on 1 slice low carb bread
chicken salad on 1 slice low carb bread
pizza using Lavash bread for crust
grilled chicken salad
tuna over salad
ham and egg salad
Lavash bread wrapped around hot dogs
chicken w/ half serving of fries
steak w/. half a potato
wonton soup (recipe is on my site)

I am finally figuring out that this is what I need to do to see results.... I have gotten WAY too lax in my eating.
I will be sharing more soon!
