well lets be honest, im in the prime years of finding a boy, dating, and getting married. i want to look good not just to attract members of the opposite sex but more importantly to beat the 10 year battle with my weight. (i went on my first diet in the fourth grade) i work at a gym so exercising should come naturally but it hasn't. once i am at the gym i am really good about pushing myself but the biggest challenge for me is actually getting myself there between classes and work. im excited about this group and being able to relate to other people who understand the stress of being a student while trying to beat the bulge.

My goal is to lose the last few stubborn pounds. In my undergrad, I gained about 10 pounds ... I know that's not too much and I wasn't considered overweight, but I certainly didn't look toned. As a grad student now, I vowed to myself I wouldn't let my health and fitness goals slide by using "school work" as an excuse. I've managed to make a routine that works for me that has good balance between regular life/school/fitness/etc. It's allowed me to lose those ten pounds, yipee! Now it's a matter of losing a few extra pounds to get more toned - that's my ultimate goal.

Basically, my goal is to be consistent. I'm generally a healthy eater and workout, but I am inconsistent in my lifestyle choices and tend to go through phases where I overeat and don't exercise. I'm very ALL or NOTHING--and I'd like to just be healthy.

So, my goals are to stay OP, exercise at least 4-5 days per week, and follow WW until I lose 30lbs.
