Our commitment is to Post daily how your day went, good or (especially) bad! Your post can be on your blog or here on the forum. It can contain your daily food journal or just a summary of the day. How ever you do, the commitment is to stay on plan one day at a time and to post something daily.

How is everyone doing? So my goal for today is to get in 8 glasses of water, so far I have 4 down! Yes, I'm all about the "baby steps" :D

My goal for tomorrow is to DRINK WATER! Stress levels have been extremely high, and I usually binge eat which I am proud to say, HAVEN'T but after looking back I didn't have anything to drink or eat yesterday till 6 PM. Today I only had 4 cups of green tea. What's crazy is when I drink more water, I'm not as hungry so why then is it so hard to drink water? Well, tomorrow I'm filling my jug and will have it with me (how can something so easy be so hard)?

NOT drinking enough water, and I'm having trouble making myself. This has been a very hungry day for me as well, not sure what's going on with my body. :/

I am doing fantastic this week, however I am falling into eating more and exercising less because of my hectic work week. However, I will be off for 1 1/2 weeks for holiday so I will do NOTHING but focus on weight loss : )

I'm doing absolutely terrible this week. Worked out once. Ate too many bad things, like Christmas cookies. I think I have put on 10 lbs + since the middle of November. I hate the holidays because of food. I hate that I cannot enjoy it for the real reasons. I am glad it is almost over. I feel fuzzy from eating too much sugar lately.

used a few flex pts today. Still need to drink more H2O. Overall I'm pleased with my efforts this week. Three more days until weigh in...

I had a good day today (0.75 pts remaining). I do need to drink more water and take my vitamin and 2 iron supplements. I'll try harder tomorrow. GO BUCKS !!

We can all do this! It is only 1 meal at a time 1 snack at a time. 8-9 hours of the 24 hours we do the program we are sleeping!

i had a rocky start getting back on my diet after the holidays. but i have seen a bit of weight loss on the scale this week, and am very encouraged! :D
