No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Thanks to AmyChad's nudge!! I have started today's post!

The whole idea arounf this group was to commit to one day and only worry about THAT day.

Well so far I'm having a GREAT day...
awesome workout, made all my own meals, and feel great (even though people were ticking me off ;~P)

I could have drank more water but other then that, good.

So, how about you?!

Today wasn't so bad. All the kids and I are sick....cough and runny noses....so it was coffee and banana for breakfast, soup/grilled cheese for lunch, and eggs/bacon/biscuit for dinner. easy and pseudo healthy.

I hope tomorrow will find us a bit more healthy so we can get some exercise in!

Today was not as bad as the past like 60. I am trying to get back on board, on task, on something---I just feel so lost.

I had WI this morning, and was down 3 lbs! The last few weeks was 0.2 lost, 0.6 gained, etc, so I was happy to see the scale finally MOVE.
I got a great 40 minute workout done, have my lunch and snacks for today, and am ready to go.
