Today wasn't so bad. All the kids and I are sick....cough and runny noses....so it was coffee and banana for breakfast, soup/grilled cheese for lunch, and eggs/bacon/biscuit for dinner. easy and pseudo healthy.
I hope tomorrow will find us a bit more healthy so we can get some exercise in!
I had WI this morning, and was down 3 lbs! The last few weeks was 0.2 lost, 0.6 gained, etc, so I was happy to see the scale finally MOVE.
I got a great 40 minute workout done, have my lunch and snacks for today, and am ready to go.
