No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I just saw Roni's post from yesterday....and I need to do this daily!!! So far so good today...Oatmeal for breakfast and some almonds for a snack....I'm going to have a great day.....Lunch is planned as a low fat/lo cal turkey sandwich, grapes and a yogurt. Smart Ones for dinner

I am right here with you!! I had string cheese and yogurt for breakfast 3 pts, lunch pasta measured to be 9 pts, pudding for a snack 1 pt and then for dinner I had veggie chili with crackers and that's 8 pts.....So that is 21 pts....BUT BUT BUT I had four miniture chocolates today too....according to my book that is 6 pts...so altogether 27 points....28 is my daily goal! Not too bad! I also did 30 mintues on the elliptical machine and felt AMAZING afterwards! I worked it real real hard! WONDERFUl!
I am very happy that I actually made it to the gym today....I get off of work at 430 and at about 300 I prolly had about 15 excuses of why I should not go! But, some how I just changed at work and my car led us to the gym :) Another beautiful day down and one more due tomorrow.... :) One Day At A Time!!
