No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Hi everyone! I was wondering how people find time for exercise. I know I should exercise but I work 60 hours a week and have 2 small children and it's so hard to make time for exercise too. How do you fit it in? Thanks for any tips!

Hey Leslie, I understand where your coming from. I dont work nearly as much and yet cant seem to find time. One way you might try is breaking up your work out. A good example is lets say your goal is to work out for 45 min. Well you break it up into 10-15 min. intervals. Maybe you get up in the morning and jump rope for 10 min ( very cheap, fairly easy) then maybe do a 15 min walk during lunch, come home literally chase the kids around the living room for 10-15 min. And you have worked out for at least 45-55 min before your head hits the pillow. This tends to work a lot for busy people, because its easier to spare 10-15 mins. then it would be to spare 45 min in one shot. I also think this tends to keep your metabolism reved up because you are constantly raising your heart rate. This is just one idea, hope it helps!
