Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today I am asking those who ignore these things and say, "Oh gosh, I hate Ho Hos for lunch, I can't be accountable for this" to actually step in and stop in and say what you will do today or what you have done today that's a good thing for you.

I've already exercised for 45 minutes. I'll be back later on with some more things, which will include food and water!

I actually got in 1 of my dairy servings and 1 healthy oil ... I tend to skimp on those things sometimes!
