No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this group and the whole blogging thing, but love the idea of this forum! I've tried WW several times before and always gave up because I wasn't losing fast enough, but this time I told myself I was going to take it one day at a time. So here I am checking in to say I have stayed OP today and that makes me feel proud and confident. Goal for tomorrow is to stay OP and exercise.

What a great goal. Today, Wednesday, I will eat my 26 Points (and hopefully watch my carb intake a bit more than I have been).

For exercise, I'm going to take a walk.

Tuesday evening is our WW meeting evening. This past week I finally started going down on the scale. I had first went up instead. Had a medical scare and had to deal with that. So I finally lost 2.6 pounds. Today I am going to make a menu for the rest of the week and start on next weeks'. I start back to work on Monday. I am going to put a very small refrigerator in my room and keep water in it and my healthy. First typed snacks decided I had better say healthy instead. I work in a grade school system and do the library. Really love it and all the people there.
