Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Yesterday was a pretty good day for me. I got in a nice walk with the dog, got plenty of rest for work last night and walked 11+ miles at work last night. So I'm a pretty happy camper. I'm super happy with baby steps to start off with.

Well my goals for today are pretty simple:

1. Try and get another 11+ Miles walked tonight at work (my job keeps me on my feet pretty much my whole shift.)

2. Get better about my eating habits....Less fast food/junk and more healthier foods.

3. Eat in smaller portions.
