Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I have been intermittently using BTL for a couple of months now, being on and off WW, diets, etc. It's Thanksgiving Day and I just stumbled across this group but saw that there were no recent posts. Is it still a functioning group? I didn't do fantastically today, but I am just restarting my commitment to eating better and exercising this week (great time of the year to regroup, right?!). Anyway, I am doing whatever I can to not go into the kitchen and eat cookies and pie and ice cream (yes, I am saying AND). So, I found this group and thought I'd take a chance and do something to get my mind away from the sweets. Hope everyone had a good holiday!
