This is exactly the group I need. I have been falling off the wagon since May. I am looking to lose the 5 lbs that I have gained over the summer. I need something to hold me accountable!!!

Mary, I hope you're still on board, plugging in goals and trying to take control. Sickness and my refrigerator from hell issues took me by surprise, but I managed to lose 1.5 pounds (probably from not eating) and am back this week to kick things up again.

Hi all, My name is Mary. I am overweight, nay, I am fat. And I need help staying focused. Lately, it seems like my life has taken hold of me and everything that can go wrong, does go wrong, and it stresses me out...and what do we do when we get stressed??? EAT!! I am a wife, mother of 3, and I work my own bz at home. My internet connection stinks, my printer is on the fritz, I don't have the funds to buy a new one yet, and we just moved so my house is a wreck! sigh. I feel like either burying myself under the covers and sleeping it off, or burying my head in a carton of ice cream.
How are you on this lovely august day??
