My goals for this week are:
1. Run 3x/this week
2. Lift weights 3x/this week (I already have 1 session done)
3. Blog, blog, blog whenever I feel tempted to fall off-program!

WI: up 4 lbs--to be expected--just got back from vacation last night and TOM

Goals:
Get back on track after vacation--try to start journaling by Friday
Grocery shop Wednesday night
Make meals at home all week
Drink water
Strength train, find stretching program, go for walks

Oh crap, where have I been? Well, it's a looooong story, but basically boils down to kids and back to school. Crazy time here!

I am doing goals. I'm starting my running program next week. I'm nervous and excited.

I already started my no eating after dinner and it's going super. Much better than I expected because skinny husband isn't eating either. Yahoo!

What I really need to focus on also is water. Just not getting enough in and I even feel dehydrated.
