My goals for this week are:
1. Run 3x/this week
2. Lift weights 3x/this week (I already have 1 session done)
3. Blog, blog, blog whenever I feel tempted to fall off-program!
WI: up 4 lbs--to be expected--just got back from vacation last night and TOM
Goals:
Get back on track after vacation--try to start journaling by Friday
Grocery shop Wednesday night
Make meals at home all week
Drink water
Strength train, find stretching program, go for walks
