Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I'm sorry for being MIA. I think some of us have been doing that -- just not checking in, but hey, it's a new day. Don't give in and don't give up!

My goals for this week is 4 power walks with the dog, weight training, 8 waters daily, and no nighttime eating!

Anyone else with me?
