Hey, all!
I'm new to the group (and this site), so I thought I'd drop a line. I started seriously trying to lose weight in May of 07, but only managed to lose about 30 pounds before falling off the wagon this past May. I regained half of that and then started trying to eat right about three weeks ago. Since then, I've exercied an average of 3 times a week and have gained a pound. ARG!
Anyway, I've been feeling pretty down this week, and realized while eating my Chick-Fil-A that I HAVE to keep trying. So, my goal for this week is to do three workouts and not let yesterday and today ruin it for me.
