Why must food taste soooo delicious? and why can I not put down the fork and walk away??? I just sucked down some french fries, the only bad thing I have eaten today so I guess it is not that bad. And I am still w/in my points. Now I want some chocolate! Is going to bed two hours earlier to avoid food a bad thing?

A few lazy months and I'm outta my jeans. Now I'm getting back into them, and back on the way to being 25 lbs. thinner by my birthday in October. The good news is, even though I gained back about six or seven pounds...I've still lost 18!! Thats weight watchen in a nutshell isn't it? Maintaining and taking care of SMALL gains...and losing a little at a time til we reach goal. Just joined the new blogtolose community, kinda miss the weightwatchen community, but don't miss the spam!!! hee hee. I'm glad to be blogging again...instead of cozying up with Ben and Jerry on my couch in front of the TV at night. Dinnertime to Bedtime is when my food demons attack. Blogging is my defense!

Hey, all! Just started back on the almighty WW Points plan a week ago. I also started a blog to help me keep track of what works and doesn't! I dropped 8 pounds this week which gives me a HUGE dose of motivation!

This group seems great :)

Join about a month ago. Wanted to see how I did starting on my own. Doing well have lost 6lbs thus far. I weigh in Tues am so we'll see. I'm a points gal.

Hi, new to this site, but not to WW. I did it a couple years ago and dropped 20 lbs but lost my motivation(and could not afford it on a student income). Going to try at it on my own now, any help would be appreciated. Feel free to add me :)

Points. Handsdown! I have been on WW for 2 years..still can't wrap my brain around what defines 'satisfied' for me. Seriously...if I knew how to tell that..I wouldn't be on the program! LOL!

I am counting points and I find it to be soooo tedious sometimes. I also have some points added because of overeating. I try to use the flex but if I do I find that I gain weight. Oh well.

It's back to CORE for me. I see so much more success and I was surprised to find I actually LIKE it!! I don't cheat as much on CORE either. I dont' want to use my precious points so it's easier to say no! (:
