I just started WW this week on my own. I need ideas for foods that make you feel fuller! Low-fat oatmeal is one I've found that works. When I'm hungry I prefer to snack rather than make a meal, so I need to curb these darn hunger pains. Please, HELP ME! TIA :)
1. Banana
2. Muesli without extra sugar + yoghurt, milk, etc.
3. Mashed potatoes with herbs and a little sour cream
4. Water
5. Some healthy low-fat oatmeal cookies without refined sugars.
6. pasta
Of course you have to watch the portions, but those foods actually make me feel full and contented for a long stretch. For short-term snacking, I recommend veggie sticks and bananas.
