Anyone check out the info on the new Momentum Plan yet on eTools? I was kind of surprised to see they made some of the information available now since the new program isn't going to be discussed at the meetings until Sunday.

I'm so glad that I'm back on this. I lost weight about 4 years ago. and I'm going around the mountain again. I told myself I would give myself 3 weeks post partum and then i would start again. My daughter was born on 11/12 so tomorrow makes 3 weeks, and I'm ready to go this way again....glad to be a part of the group

Well hope everyone has had a great Thanksgiving and kept above board on thier eating. It has not been a WW friendly holiday for me. Well its back on track in the morning. WI is wed. I don't think it will be good, although I have been doing some exercise and being more active.

Very happy to meet some other Canucks here...Flex or Core, doesn't really matter, as they are both great plans right? I actually am a former Flexer who successfully lost 25 lbs but tired of the counting & such. Really glad to meet you & hope to get to know you further :o)

Hi everyone, Christine from Toronto. I did WW a few years back, have counted points mostly since then. Been up and down with my weight. On Nov 1st I started an Isagenix cleanse and I have dropped 19.2 lbs in 27 days!!! I am almost finished the cleanse it is a 30 day program. I plan on continuing with the maint. program and using WW points system to help me maintain what I have lost this time.
