I know that nothing comes easy, or fast for that matter, but I was just curious when most of you started to notice a difference with your weight loss. I've lost 15.5lbs so far and maybe its just me being critical of myself but I don't feel like Ive noticed a physical change yet. I feel better and I've noticed def. changes in my eating habits and such, but I"m wondering when the physical change will come to me.
I think when I started to notice is when I decided this is what I wanted to do for me. Also, when it finally sunk in what the leader kept telling me and here is her quotes she tells the group every week. This is a program from the neck up and nothing taste as good as thin feels. I have lost 62.4 lbs. and it also helps when people start to notice.
Well for me I noticed a change when I lost my first 50 lbs. but before that I was the same way ....I didn't see any physical changes although I had people telling me different and that they could see it after 30 lbs. gone. I feel the reason for me is because when I first started this journey I was at 450 lbs. and with that much weight it's going to take awhile to see a change , at least that is my opinion. Now that I am down to 354 lbs. I can DEFINANTLY see a difference but of course that is because I have lost a whole person! Give yourself some time and you will start seeing a difference physically but in the mean time enjoy the other benefits to the weight you have lost.
Thanks for the compliment! Yeah I need to make these positive changes for my health and because I want to feel good about me and I can't do that at this weight. It's been a journey of struggles, ups and downs but in the end it's going to be all worth it.
I feel ya on this 100%! I've lost 17.6 lbs, and my pants are only slightly looser than they were before. Yeah, I feel a lot better, but I'd still like to see it in the mirror.
