This is my second year on WW. When I first started, I lost weight (about 50 pounds) fairly quickly. Now that I've been on it for awhile, my rate of loss is slowing down even though I'm doing better if not the same as I was when I first started. I am walking more and eating much healthier.
I'm trying to raise the standard by eating less carbs and more protein. I just wondered if anyone has experienced the same problem after doing WW for a long time. I love the plan, and I know it works, but I think it's just slowing down after doing the plan for so long.
I found that if I do the kick start plan when I get into a slow down it helps me. I also save my journals and go back and try to eat the same way when I had a big weight loss.
Are you getting enough exercise and water? I've only been in WW a short time but a friend said she did the same thing. She said she had to go back to the basics of enough water, calcium, exercise, fruits & veggies and started measuring amounts again and got back on track. Hope this helps you some.
