Welcome, Caitlin! I am Lifetime and trying to keep myself on track. I followed the Flex plan for over
a year and have been at goalweight for five months. However, the scale has moved upward for the
past two months at my monthly weighin, so I am back to weekly weighins, plus I switched to Core for
the week, and maybe longer if it has the desired effect. I wish you well on this journey.
I recommitted to WW on 8/25/08, and have lost 17.6 lbs so far. WW is a great plan if you follow it. I love being able to eat whatever I want, and not feeling like I'm on a "diet".
