No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
After a dry spell with Success Stories (totally my fault) we return with Bec, our latest story. I love her simple definition of success!

A healthy weight maintained over time.
Getting to a healthy weight. Starting to run more, yay!
I started January 2008, and reached WW lifetime in March of 2009.
Running a 5k faster than my coworkers. They're all guys. And some are in good shape. :) I'd like to lose more weight, but want to wait until LO#2 (little one #2) is here (although LO is not on the way, yet).
Hrm. My attitude on what that snitch or treat can do to impact my health. Also, there have been some serious health issues come out of my mom's side of the family, which is pretty overweight, so it's really dawned on my how important it is (and how unusual any more) to be a healthy weight.
Sweet tooth, which I still battle, HA! Working around it when I really need it, working on healthier alternatives. I am still very much an emotional eater, and don't think trying to lose more will do much good until I figure my way around that.
Venting a bit... but really, reading blogs has perhaps helped me more. Knowing that there are others seeing/doing similar things.
Bec, you better let us know when you beat those guys! I love that type of goal too! :)
