I'm so excited to have found this group. I'm hoping to get lots of motivation, tips and inspiration for my weighloss journey.

I'm a 36 year old Kenyan woman, mum of 3 wonderful kids and married to my loving French
husband for 10 years.

So my weigtloss journey starts AGAIN i must say, i had started a few years back and had lost almost 40lbs, but then i put myself on postion last on my list of priorities and i'm now back to sqaure one. I'm looking at it postively though...first i KNOW i can do it and secondly i basically know what works best for me.
so i started Monday and today is Thursay and i'm doing pretty good..i'm happy about that...

Monday 23rd Feb: 187 lbs (85kgs)
Thursday 26th Feb: 184.8 lbs (84kgs)
Saturday 28th Feb: 184 lbs (83.6kgs)
Sunday 1st March: 182 lbs (82.9 kgs)
