My official weigh in is Monday evenings. I then try to only weigh myself on Thursday and Saturday at home, just to keep myself on track and hopefully focused.

I have done both... when I weighed everyday I was forced into accountability and it is what worked best for me. Once a week made it a bit too easy to have cheat days because I would just tell myself I would work it off before weigh in
