A way for those of us doing any or all of Roni's three Challenges (100 push up, 200 sit up, 200 squat) to cheer each other on and keep track of all of our progress!
To start off with the basics, I'm 31 years old and I live in Atlanta, GA. I can definitely say I've "dieted" on and off for about 4 years now, nothing seems to have kept the weight off. There is no "magic pill" out there, so it looks like I need to start working out and eating healthy. So, I'm starting the sit-up/push-up/squat challege!
Its so hard to lose weight in Ga. there is sooo much yummy southern fatty foods! I always gain when I live there... Might be moving back this spring so hopefully I'll be able to keep up with my exercising and eating healthier! ps: you look just like your mother! Pretty
