I started feeding my cats natural food a few months ago. I have not noticed any short term effects, but I am hoping I will see them living longer!

carbs are everywhere, you're right! While I don't think cutting them out completely is good, I definitely eat WAY less than I used to. (especially refined carbs)

I don't like working out either. But, I do it. Because it is what I want for my life. Period. And, I think switching it up is probably a good thing- then your body is always getting something new and never gets used to it!
