I love "You Are What You Eat"! The doctor is fairly strict, but she really gives people the wake-up call that they need to lead a healthier lifestyle. Very inspiring!
carbs are everywhere, you're right! While I don't think cutting them out completely is good, I definitely eat WAY less than I used to. (especially refined carbs)
I don't like working out either. But, I do it. Because it is what I want for my life. Period. And, I think switching it up is probably a good thing- then your body is always getting something new and never gets used to it!
