I really like the idea of putting my goals, commitments and a time line on my blog. I mean if having everyone see what you want to do and accomplish isn't accountability I don't know what is. hehe
Commitment Goals -Drinking 6 8oz. servings a day
-Going to the gym
-Being conscious of my snacking
-When I'm bored...read or do something more productive than eat
-Eat when
I am hungry -Go to meetings once a week, track points every day, blog as much as I can
Personal Goals -Be able to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes--Success!
-Get back into field hockey more vigorously (club leagues, etc)
-Not force myself to go to the gym but want to go!-- half success...there are days...
-Learn how to cook even better and more healthy --Success!!
-Be able to not walk during my first 5k (July 11th)
Weight Loss Time line -10lbs lighter by June 27th (Sister's Graduation)
Rewards for every 5lbs -- $10 into savings
50lbs -- mani/pedi
