(DCIAC Challenge Loss -4)
(Overall Weight Loss -44.6)

Food: My week was so stressful because of school so I feel like I didn’t have time to overeat…I did indulge in a few cocktails on Sunday night to celebrate a hellish week of school.

Exercise:
4 days of weight training
2 days of cardio
1 long walk with hubby

Food:
I went a little over my points mostly b/c I went home to Louisiana for Spring Break and then came home for a mini Disney vacation…in Louisiana instead of eating yummy fried seafood I had boiled shrimp and crabs…mmmm…even better and you can eat so much for so little points.

Exercise: 5 days (pretty good for vacation)

I stayed within my points!!! This is a miracle b/c we had a friend visiting…I tried the MGD 64…1 point a beer woo hoo!

Week 1

Food: I went over my points by about 11 or 12 points. I really need to not let myself get so hungry during the day because then I scarf down all these careless snacks. I also need some ideas for pre and post workout snacks.

Exercise: I exercised 6 days this week; I did 4 days of strength training/cardio and 2 days of only cardio.

2 Steps Forward Two Steps Back

I am really doing well this week. I am enjoying the gym and really eating well...but...I started smoking again. I never was a big smoker but every once in a while i go through a month were I smoke 2-3 cigarettes a day and then I quit for a couple of months and then I pick up the habit again. I quit for the longest period ever from May 2008-December 2008...but now I am back smoking.I think it was easy to quit because I couldn't run like I wanted to as a smoker but now that I am not running nothin… Continue

Going down a clothing size feels so good! And having a wider selection of clothes is another perk. I have a hard time liking Old Navy (partly because they took out the plus sizes and partly because their stuff fits me weird), but I love their sundresses!
