Does anyone know these? I cannot find the nutrition facts online anywhere!
I am currently on the Momentum plan - have been since it's inception in January. Christine summed it up pretty well about the filling foods - it's basically the core foods. If you love fruits/veggies then you'll be set. The concept of filling foods…

- Nice to meet you, I'm Hilary! I hail from a rural town in Western PA, but migrated to the DC area 2.5 yrs ago for work. I'm a country girl at heart, and this big time city life is really giving me a run for my money, but I'm trying to make the most of it! I hold a job for the federal government that I have a love-hate relationship with. And last but certainly not least, I'm a Penn State alum (WE ARE!)
Some things I enjoy doing are: spending time with my niece, Grace, quality time with my b/f Joel, reading A LOT, scrapbooking, swimming/beach/water in general, surfing the internet as though I get paid for it, road trips back to the mother land, of course shopping!, NASCAR, Dallas Cowboys, and just trying to enjoy each day that the good Lord has blessed me with!

As much as I wanted to try to keep up with this thing, I failed myself again. Basically life is progressing just the same as it was before (the only difference is I have now finished the Twilight Saga!).

Oh my dear BTL friends... I'm sorry I have strayed from this wonderful site! You might be thinking you haven't heard from me in awhile b/c I fell off the weight loss wagon. Actually, that's not it at all (although I wouldn't blame you for thinking that!). Actually I've been making quite a bit of progress over the last several weeks. I want to warn you now that I am about to heavily vent on some topics, some related to weight, and some not. Stop reading now if you don’t want to hear negativity today.

Jessica said… - Vita Tops are great! 1 Pt. apiece.I ordered them online, but they do exist in some grocery stores. ( Kroger is where I have seen them, but naturally, not "mine".) They are a tad dry in comparison to, say, a real brownie or cake slice, but they are a good way to quell any cake cravings and go alot farther than the 100 cal Hostess packs. I'm pretty sure Roni has a link on her page. I went through Hungry Girl when she was running a BOGO special. Definently worth it!

- We just moved to UP in November--before that we were living in NW DC (chevy chase) section. I really liked the NW, but we wanted to buy a house, and it was way too pricey for us over there! Plus, UP and College Park is much friendlier than that area! We also like all the "college" food!!
We decided to go to FL for the long weekend! I listened to the inauguration on XM radio--he was sworn in right as we took off! Several of our friends stayed at our house though, so that was nice. Did you participate? When we first moved here, we went to the July 4th festivities, and had a HORRIBLE time trying to get on the Metro after the fireworks! Now we are too scared to try to battle our way onto the trains. Once things settle down, I plan to kind of hang out at the white house and see if I can seem him or the family--maybe walking the dog? You will probably run into him at some point--you work so close!

- Hi! I live in the DC area too (Univ. Park, MD) and I am a fed worker (National Center for Health Statistics). Where do you work? We moved here about 1.5 years ago... my husband and I are from small towns (me--upstate NY and hubby--ohio)... we are sort of getting used to this place!!
