That's fine. Take it at your pace. Its better to do that same week of the plan again than quit! You can do it!
I wouldn't worry about the weigh in. If you're doing everything right, it'll prove that in the end. Just maybe not this week. Good luck with your weigh-in and I hope you get the result you want!
Ooo...Starbucks mishaps...they can be so so bad, but taste so so good!! Great job getting up this morning and doing your workout. Just remember the runs will get easier over time just keep trying.
try the light fraps. I think for a grande its 3 pts or 2 cant remember right. But if you ask for it double blended its really good:) Thats what I always get if I NEED a starbucks.
The caramel is so high in fat. My hunny likes those....I stick with a tall latte. ;)

Good for you with the pie! I'm starting week 3, & this seems like it might be tough, I hope I make it through! I've been having some difficulty with side cramps. The podcast makes it so much easier don't you think?

A Little Bit About Me

I am a well rounded person that loves people, most especially family and friends. I am easy going, fun to be around. I am very sensitive. I have learned to try and put "me" first, that took me a long time to learn as the needs of others often came before my own. This enables me to be a happier person and in turn I am able to take care of my family and friends. I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children; a boy and two girls.

I have been trying to lose weight since my late twenties, after the birth of my first two kids. I have been yo-yo dieting ever since trying everything under the sun. I had successes, but not too long afterwards the weight would eventually creep back on.

I started my weight loss journey in January of 2006. At that time I had 46 pounds to lose. I lost 29 of those 46. I was so ecstatic as I had not been under 150 pounds in I can't tell you how long, and I actually made it to 140 pounds. Because I was feeling so good, I wasn't as careful or as on plan as I should have been so I put back on 13 of the 29 pounds I lost after a year. So here I am in March of 2008 (that's when I started again) ready to get back to my lifestyle change because Weight Watchers really works as long as you stay on plan. I don't know why I veered off into the wrong direction because I never felt hungry or deprived while following the plan. But I'm back, and it's okay that I fell off the wagon because I'm on it again.

Repeat of C25K W4 D1

So, as in my last post, I did restart week 4 day 1 of the C25K. I did MUCH better this time, and felt more "in the groove". I think it was a good decision to repeat this week before I moved on.

On the food front, doing very well. Tracking, tracking, tracking and getting in that H2O. My official weigh in is on Sunday so hopefully the effort has paid off this week. :-D

Not doing much for Independence Day. Hanging out at home poolside. I see lots of swimming and a barbecue in the near future. LOL… Continue

C25K - W4 D4

So, I decided to do an extra day of week four. I did not get through it. I did the first three with a little difficulty, but I finished every day in week four except today. I don't know what was different, but the second 5 minute run just kicked my butt. I was huffing and puffing and could hear my heart in my ears, so I thought it best to just slow to a brisk walk for the rest of the time.

Weighing In...

Well, I was up all week from last weigh in by 1.2 pounds (don't understand why, see last post). Today is my official weigh in, and I lost .4 pounds. I am glad that there wasn't a gain, but I have to say that I don't understand why there wasn't much of a loss. I have been on plan and exercising, but I am going to take the weigh in with a grain of salt and just keep on moving on. I cannot dwell on that number. Let Weigh In Slip By....

I meant to post my weigh in last Sunday. I lost another 1.2 pounds, which I was thrilled. I've been doing the C25K faithfully and completed week 4 day 2 today.

You can hear it coming.... BUT I am one of those people that weighs daily. And believe me, I know about fluctuations and muscle weighing more than fat yadda, yadda.

C25K - W3 D2

Well, I did it. I got up at 7 a.m. and ran. I walked/jogged/ran yesterday for an hour and I think I overdid it because today's run was hard on me. I felt super sore, but I pushed through it. Did some stretching afterwards, and definitely taking tomorrow off!

Feeling pretty good for the most part. Choices have been pretty okay, except for the Starbucks mishap yesterday. :-D

I know what you mean about trying to find a groove. It gets so hard sometimes to find that place! I'm in the same place, i've totally hit a plateau. I just posted a blog, and am trying to get some people involved that have hit a wall. Maybe you can benefit from some of the plans i'm going to start!? Nothing like the present to start over.
