I recently started attending meetings after trying to do it for far too long on my own. (Unsuccessfully, I might add). Meetings are definitely a good thing for me--if for no other reason than I don't like to pay money to hear I gained weight!

Hellooo- no, I don't take vitamins- I bought a whole bunch of them and they're sitting in my cabinet collecting dust. :) Do you? I've heard things about magnesium being helpful with chocolate cravings. I do take this thing called "5HTP"- it's supposedly an OTC mood stabilizer. I'm taking the highest dosage and I don't really feel any different. I dunno.

I got started by Googling "Couch to 5K." Dozens of things popped up, but the one you want is on the first page, near the top. I believe it's from Cool Running.

I just printed out the training schedule and got my butt to the gym. (I know, it sounds simple, but that first step is the toughie!)

It looks like you figured out to include the weight loss progress section. You're on the right track to getting back where you want to be. You remind me of where I was 6 years ago (I'm 30 now) and now I wish I were at the weight again. I'm far from it, but I'm headed back in that direction.
