Tonight I made mushroom bourguinon adapted from smittenkitchen.com, sooo good and pretty healthy, most of the points come from the noodles.

I'm a 36 year old mother of two who, from 2003 - 2007 lost 145 pounds. I didn't use any specific plan to lose the weight, although, throughout my life, I tried many. I just did it through lifestyle changes and overall good choices. I've been maintaining my loss for a little over a year, and struggle daily, make that hourly, with a food addiction and the desire to remain thin. I'm still working on how to find that balance so that I can enjoy life, and stay on track.
