Since my last post I've lost 4 pounds! I just weighed in this week at 188. Goodbye 200's and forget the 190's
and can't wait for the farewell to the 180's. WHOO-HOO!!!! I've been exercising and staying on program and its really paying off. I haven't weighed 188 for at least 10 years and it feels good. Not good enough to quit but good enough to give me the most motivation that I've ever had. I know that facing the scale has made me really stick to it. I'm not going to disappoint myself by weighin…
