Hi Joyce,I am feeling thinner.I am working my buns off at the YMCA & I haven't been on this site as I should....I weigh myself on Mondays .I think I am down 2 lbs this week though.I too havee to work my butt of to make the scale move....I sell my goods on the weekend & I am so suprised I made $300.oo in 4 hours..On My soaps lotion & body butters....That is super.....Now I have to make more soap & 1 batch of lipbalm. I love WATP! I have moved to treadmill/eliptical one night, then some kind of WATP (I like the 2 mile tone and walk + 1 mile jog!), or the very intense Biggest Loser workouts...ouch. I do like the eliptical, I use one that has the arm attachments, so it feels like a full-body workout, and there is a great fat-burning workout on the settings. I've been getting more into the at-home workouts lately though, because the gym has been PACKED lately...we'll see how that goes! :)

I'm determined to reach 150 pounds by my 50th birthday May 21, 2009. It is a reasonable goal I currently weigh 192 but I've lost and gained back the same weight for years and now for me and my health I want this weight to finally come off and stay off. I'm a happily married women and my husband says I'm beautiful the way I am but I want to be able to live the rest of my healthy life with him.

Getting back on track!

Latest update is I'm actually starting to exercise again. I suppose its because it has been so rainy and dreary out that the only thing that helps my mood is to exercise. Last weigh in was 177 and I'm hoping to loose a turkey (10-15 pounds) by Thanksgiving. I'm also doing the ivillage Leslie Sansone WATP six week challenge so that should help bring down the weight along with the Nintendo Wii.

Getting Back on Track

I'm down to 183 and feeling good so I've stayed on program and quit exercising. (DUMB, DUMB) For some reason its harder for me to exercise when it gets hot out. I work out maybe twice a week now. I thought I'd post that now I'm going to get back on track on exercise at least 5 days a week. I got lazy with the summer heat but now I really want to make my goal and be 150 by my next birthday. 20 POUNDS LOST!

Yep it is true I have actually lost 20 pounds now. I've finally made it down to 186.5 from 206.8 it has been a struggle to stay on program but I've done it. I also have been upping my exercise and I'm now doing 5 Mile Advanced walk with Leslie Sansone all the way through and I can actually walk back up from the basement when I'm done! WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT?

Since my last post I've lost 4 pounds! I just weighed in this week at 188. Goodbye 200's and forget the 190's
and can't wait for the farewell to the 180's. WHOO-HOO!!!! I've been exercising and staying on program and its really paying off. I haven't weighed 188 for at least 10 years and it feels good. Meetings

I finally took the big step to join weekly meetings and my first visit will be May 21, 2008 (which happens to be my birthday)I have been an on line Weight Watcher member for 6 months and every time I entered my weight loss it was never as much as other people on the boards.
