I had a good OP day.
Menu -
kashi go lean cereal with ff milk - 4
chargrilled chicken wrap with fruit cup - 10
sugar free jello - 1
fiber one bar - 2
hamburger patty and a salad with olive oil - 8
Gym - 10 min cardio, legs and abs - 3pts earned
Total - 22

I have one more final to take tonight and then I get a break for 3 whole weeks!!!!! I seriously need this break, especially since I am sick. I am trying to get back on track with my eating and working out. I am such a stress eater that during the semester it is difficult for me to stay on track with my eating. My plan is to hit the gym again on Thursday. I'm still recovering from being sick so I don't want to over do it so I get well.

My brain is fried from all the studying I have been doing...so I'm need feeling to creative with my post but here is my menu for today.
Ham, egg white and cheese english muffins - 6
banana - 2
carrots - 0
Healthy choice meal with grilled veggies - 6
fiber one bar - 2
ham and cheese sandwich with carrots, cucumbers & pretzels -8
Total - 24
No exercise today, got class after work today.

So after my crazy day on Tuesday and my splurge yesterday morning, I did really well the rest of the day. I am officially moving on! I ended the day with a turkey sandwich on double fiber bread, a few sun chips, and carrots/cucumbers. Later I snacked on a few fruit snacks that my son shared with me, so my eating habits got much better as the day progressed. And I am for sure hitting the gym for an hour on the way home today!

I got a call from my Mom around lunch time yesterday letting me know that her biopsy came back malignant. So....I cried, slept and ate the rest of the day to cope. I ate and ate and ate and this morning I stopped and bought chocolate donuts and an apple pie. I am trying to get back on track and find another way of coping! I did bring a lean cuisine and healthy snacks for the rest of today though.
