Been a while but still on track

well, I haven't blogged in a while but I have managed to stay on my program without fail and my eating has been pretty good as well. I am pretty excited as I was able to lose an additional 2 lbs, EVEN THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS! That has NEVER happened for me before, but it is amazing that, when you are on a routine you are just more mindful of being healthy. I found that I was not over eating TOO bad on the actually holidays, and as soon as the next day I was back to eating well. Even if I was eating… Continue

Good advice from Trainer Pete

haven't blogged in a while so I might as well give 2. As some of you know I have been on Pete Samberg's Lean & Mean in 15 program. He blogs several topics to participants that get us thinking and I thought this one was great so I cut and paste it here below:

Hello again

I haven't been blogging every day as I did before but I have stayed on my workout program and things are still going great. I was able to make it through the holidays without gaining weight (despite my food and beer intake) It feels good not to worry whether I'm going to yo-yo.

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and is doing well in their various challenges

Hi Boston,
Thanks for the vote of confidence. It was a combination of getting off some bad meds (for HBP), cutting out extra sugar, and eating my high fiber cookied instead, and starting to exercise more as my back is getting better. Its a perfect storm of good things happening!
Best Regards,
Judy
