Thanx for the comment and thank you for the support! and congrats on your loss as well!! I was ereading your page and I too gained so much weight my first year of marriage and actually just by meeting him.. Its frustrating ya know, I was 135lbs when I met my hubby and now im 212 I gained ive gained 77 pounds in 4 years of knowing him, I guess you can easily say he makes me happy. haha.. but yea its frustrating.

Hi Kristy! Just leave the worm hooking and fish removing to dh and you should be alright. LOL That's what I'm doing again. hahaha Poor hubby can't fish himself for tending to me and the three kiddos. ;)

I'm a South Beach girl, too! Phase 1 can be hard for the first few days, but it definitely gets easier and the results are great. Good luck!
