Challenge: Weekend Activity

Helllllooooooooo Anyone out there! Are we ready to breath life into these challenges? I know I am! I'd like to say a few things before I outline this week's (or in this posts case, weekend's challenge.)



First.... these challenges will start randomly. My perfection gene would love it if we always started a challenge on Sunday and wrapped it up by Saturday BUT we are about breaking out of that mold here on BlogToLose. We no longer wait till Monday to live healthier

BlogToLose Updates... New Challenges... All is Coming Soon!

Hi BtL'ers!!



I'm so sorry I let the challenges flop these past few weeks. It seems my schedule has finally caught up with me BUT there is an end in site.

Challenge: Another 5 Snack-less Nights

This weeks challenge is completely selfish of me but I'm going to do it anyway. I hope others will want to join in.



Here's the deal. My night time snacking is OUT OF CONTROL. Last night I ate my weight in graham crackers and then hit up the Ritz. All within an hour of going to bed AND I wasn't even hungry.

My c25K is going well thx for asking, but I am stuck on week 5. The worst of it is my mother has been admitted to the hospital and I rushed to DE to be with her. I dont have my sneakers or running cloths with me. UGH

Good Morning - sorry I am late getting back to you - INSANE holiday weekend.

I started all 3 challenges but after doing 2 days of squats running was nearly impossible and since I am training for my first 5k that is this Sunday!! I decided to forgo the squats and continue with the push-ups and crunches!!

I am doing modified push-ups - on my knees with legs in the air I started on Week 3.

Week 3 Day 1 - 45
Week 3 Day 2 - 50
Week 3 Day 3 - 55

My Crunches were also started on Week 3.

Week 3 Day 1 - 130
Week 3 Day 2 - 152
Week 3 Day 3 - 180

I'm giving it a try today. My headache isn't going away (day 5 of it), so I'm going to just act as though it's not bothering me and do what I planned.
