About Me:
I am a 27 year old living in Seattle with my husband. We have been married since July '08. Our little family consists of me, my husband, and our dog and cat. I make a living by teaching first grade. I am in the process of losing weight with Weight Watchers and am having great success so far. I have been doing WW since November 11th, '08. I have lost 36 pounds so far and hope I continue to lose! Now I just need to get myself back into exercising!

Ok, gym check, healthy breakfast/lunch check, tracked for the day check, now menu planning for the week! Got to stay within my daily 25 points! Now all I need to do is take doggy for walk before it gets too dark.

Ok, time to get serious, for real this time!

Ok, I really need to get back on track. After about three weeks of bad eating, little exercise and overall just being lazy I really need to get serious. Feel like a big blob and clothes are on the verge of getting tight! Tracking, high fiber, gym and taking the dog on walks! I can do this, now it's off to the gym for me!

It's been a while

So it has been a while and thought I need to check in. I have lost another 15-17 pounds since my last blog post but I want I still have about 15-20 to lose and need to get serious. Need to go to my weight watchers meeting tomorrow and start tracking on ww online. Did go to gym Monday and Tuesday and planning on going tomorrow and Friday. Just trying to hold myself accountable!!

Fiber

So I am really aiming to get lots of fiber into my diet. I know the recommended amount is 25-30 grams a day and I try to get at least that much every day. I am curious to know how many grams of fiber people get on a daily basis. Also what is your favorite fiber filled treat, ha ha! Hey! Canada eh? LOL! Did lots of people say eh? It's a habit we all have that is for sure! Glad you had a nice time. Thank you for your support. I do expect after I have a good week again on program and get my exercise in I will see a nice drop next week. I was on a role so it just stopped me in my tracks and wasn't what I expected but feel so much better realizing that this is life. Have a great week and look forward to hearing your results! :)
