I used the WW program before and lost 30 pounds, hit a plateau and didn't work through it. (Boo). I know it works so I'm giving it another go!

Starting out : 220.

1st weigh in : -6.0
Lost in total : 6lbs
Current weight : 214
June 1st.

2nd weigh in : -6.3
Lost in total : 12.3
Current weight : 207.7
June 8th.

3rd weigh in : - 1.2
Lost in Total : 13.5

Cracking down.

So I'm getting married on the 12th of August. I would like to lose a few pounds before then so that I feel better in a dress. I've never had a dress on since... I was 12 or so? Hoping I can get under 200lbs. I am 208.6, I'm sure I can get under that if I just put my mind to it!! It will be a new challenge for me. Woo!

Binge/pneumonia.

Pasta with Asparagus, smokey feta and spinach sausages, cheery tomatos, and celery. Brownie. "Munchie Mix". Those were the things I binged on lastnight. First thing wasn't so bad, then it went into the junk. I'm okay with it. I ate so perfectly for the last two weeks that I think I just, I dont know. Seems like everyone's weigh in is today!

Down -6.3 pounds! Ahh! Is this actually happening?? I can't believe my eyes when the scale goes down! It's usually up up up!!! Congrats to everyone else with a loss today! :D We are doing well!!

First bad day.

Had my first bad day yesterday, I think it helps to blog. Keeps my head together and focused on the day or something. Our son is sick, with a fever of 105. Has been for the last two days. I think that has me thrown off my game. Anyone else find if you weigh yourself everyday that sometimes there will be a difference of 1-2 pounds? So weird. Sunday dinner disaster??

Today was a really tough day. We were shopping all day for pots and plates and shoes, you name it! So I didn't eat properly through out the day to keep me away from wanting to snack on bad things the kid was eating like pringles, one of my old favorites!!! Samantha I love your watermelon. I will have to try that at our next party. I also will try your cucumber in a glass of water. I get so tired of just drinking water, sometimes I add the sugar free packets to my water, but I will definetly have to try the cucumber trick. I will try anything once.
