Did grabbing a spoon and the gallon of ice cream last night really make you feel any better? Get a grip! Now… you are up early… go pack a lunch and grab some workout clothes. You are going to go to yoga tonight and lift some weights. THAT will make you feel better. I promise.

About Me:
I’m a 28 year old girl who has always enjoyed a little extra padding around me. I joined Weight Watchers in January 2007 to lose weight for my wedding which happened in December 2007. I lost 35 pounds before my wedding and went from a 12/14 to an 6/8. I finally got those last 5 pounds off and hit my goal weight in June 2008. This is the first time in my adult life I’ve ever been in single digit clothing and it feels great. My goal this year is to maintain my weight loss and build my muscle tone.

GOALS:

Weight = 145 *Accomplished on 6/26/08
Size = 6/8 *Accomplished...I just bought my first pair of 6's!
Body = Flat Stomach

And then there were none.

The title refers to my flex points...as I have no more after my husband's birthday celebrations last night. We went out for Mexican, and I had planned on trying to be good, but then I had a margarita...

Haha, we had a blast though, so these once in a while type things are okay.

Now back to plan!!! I have PT tonight, so that should burn a lot of calories, and I'm going to do my best to be as low as possible the rest of the week/weekend. It will be hard though, because I'm heading home to visit… Continue

Day 8...I ate and ate

haha...sorry, I'm in a weird mood today. I did use some flex points yesterday "technically". I also had personal training where I earned activity points, but since I"m in hard core loss mode, I don't use my activity points. So I know I was hungrier than normal because of the workout, so it all ends up being okay.

Days 5, 6, and 7 - a Success!!

I managed to make it through the weekend and stay on plan!!! I feel like I enjoyed a few things this weekend, but didn't go overboard on anything, and ended the week with an 18 point surplus of flex points. So the first week of my 27 day plan were a success!!!

I hope this week continues to go as well as last week! It's definitely a choice I have to make every day to stay on plan, and I know I can do it!

Thanks for the comment. You are right, she can't maintain what she is doing and the little amounts of food that she is eating. I am doing it the healthy way and have been that is why I have been able to maintain my weightloss.

it's called choice ramen. lower sodium. lower fat. but they aren't making it anymore...i stocked up when i found some and bought like sixty bags!!! so if you can find them then you should stock up on them. i like them w/ some veggies for lunch.
