Long Time No See

Oh dear. I'm really out of the loop. My last blog post was in May, and that's probably about the time I went on vacation and stopped counting points. As of now, I'm so far off track I don't even know where to start. Sick-O

I have been sick all week - just a cold, but still. It sucks. I'm glad I stocked up on kleenex when they were on sale. The last thing I want to do is get off the couch and out of my jammies just to go to the store for kleenex. I haven't had much of an appetite this week. I had some OJ and a bowl of Caramel Delight Fiber One (with soymilk - yum!) this morning and will probably have some soup for lunch. I haven't been snacking much this week, except for the occasional Fiber One bar here and there… Continue

c25k vs. WATP

So I'm contemplating starting the c25k program, but my pro/con list is a little lopsided. My number one issue is probably the weather/mosquitos, which is why I like WATP...I can walk them away in the comfort of my own {air conditioned} home. Not Bad

I did pretty good yesterday, except for I didn't do what I said I was going to do and write down everything I ate. I didn't eat anything bad, but I don't think I got all my points in, and I know I didn't drink enough water. For breakfast today I had a whole grain English muffin with some RF peanut butter and a banana. One More Time!!

I've really got to get into the habit of writing something everyday...it really does help! So I made the Hungry Girl Fudge this week and somebody (cough, cough) has polished off the entire pan already. Ugh. That cookbook is not going to do me a whole lot of good if I don't start watching my portions better!
