My tracking has been completely MIA the past few days. I've been really busy with work and school. I'm leaving tomorrow and will be out of town for a week so I've been trying to wrap a bunch of things up, too. That being said, my eating has left much to be desired. I guess it hasn't been *horrible*, but it hasn't been great, either. WI on Monday showed I was down 1.5 lbs over the past 3 weeks. Okay, I'm posting this here to be accountable. I didn't work out this morning because I had to get a bunch of stuff done so that I would be able to go have lunch in the city with my friend who's in from out of town.
